The Castle Pines North Independence Day Celebration at Coyote Ridge Park kicked of a weekend of neighborhood concerts, parades, and parties. Happy 234th Birthday to US!

"Sea to Shining Sea", comprised mostly of veterans disabled in war and their able-bodied supporters including Governor Ritter, stop at The Ridge at Castle Pines North for a brief rest and a little water during their 4,000-mile bicycle ride across the United States.

RE/MAX International and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office hosted its charity golf tournament at the beautiful Sanctuary golf course to benefit vital non-profit organizations that serve our community.

More than 200 area residents sold their bic-a-brac and gently used household goods to a host of very enthusiastic buyers. The Castle Pines North Community-Wide Garage Sale is sponsored by the Castle Pines North Master Association.
Groundbreaking ceremonies were held in May for two east-west connection projects.  Castle Pines Parkway will connect to Hess Raod in Parker and Ridgegate will connect to Main Street.

This February, Troop 316 from Castle Pines North recognized and honored six of their scouts for achieving Boy Scouts’ highest rank of Eagle Scout.

 

In the Fall of 2009 the residents of Castle Pines North elected a new city government. The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce offices on
