E-Mail Guidelines

The Castle Pines Connection is committed to providing timely and relevant information to the Castle Pines community through our e-mail alert system.  We respect your time and attention and will limit our e-mail alerts to a maximum of once a week, unless extreme circumstances (often safety related) warrant sending an additional e-mail.

What type of information is communicated through this system?

We communicate information relevant to the Castle Pines community.  Our e-mail alert system will not be used for private enterprise nor will it be used to promote any individual interests.  Information sent out through this system is submitted to The Castle Pines Connection by a number of entities, and is approved at our discretion.

Who receives e-mail alerts from us?

Our e-mail alert system is permission based.  If you received an e-mail from us, our records indicate that you have either expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information, or you have an existing relationship with us.

If you believe you have received unwanted or unsolicited e-mail sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to for review.

Sharing and Usage

We will not share or sell individual personal information with anyone for promotional use.  Information submitted to us is only made available for use by contractors of The Castle Pines Connection, LLC for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Use of Web Beacons

When we send you e-mails, we may include a web beacon to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails.  When you click on a link in an e-mail, we may record this individual response to provide us with feedback on what information is valuable to you and what resources are being most utilized.  Web beacons collect only limited information, such as a cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the URL).

How can you stop receiving e-mails from us?

Each e-mail we send contains an easy, automated way for you to stop receiving email from us.  If you wish to do this, simply follow the SafeUnsubscribe™ or Update Profile links at the end of any email.
